:: History ::
Maria's life was fairly typical.. her mom was a single mother, after her father walked out on them when Maria was young. Amy was a good mom, really, though sometimes not very mom like. Maria played mom more then she should have. But they lead a good life.

Then Sept of 1999 came, and aliens entered her life. Her best friend was shot, then healed, while at work one day. And after that, things got stranger. Soon Maria had made friends with the aliens, even falling in love with one of them.

They tried to figure out the aliens past, all while trying to stay alive and finish high school. Maria was also working on a singing career through this and a relationship with Michael.

Then Tess showed up, turning everyones lives upside down. Max was kidnapped by the FBI, but saved. They were attacked by the skins, a group of aliens out to kill the royal four (Max, Isabel, Michael, & Tess). Max got Tess pregnant (mind warps and alien destiny played a large part in this). Tess mind warped Alex to death, but no one knew that at first. Then everyone but Michael piled into the graolith to leave for another planet. That is, until everyone figured out that Tess had killed Alex, (she'd mind warped Kyle into carrying the body) and then Tess left on her own with Max's baby. Maria went to NY for a chance at a singing career, but turned it down and came home. Her best friend started getting alien powers from being healed, and soon the found themselves on the run from the FBI. Telling no one where they would go.

Personality: Maria is very loyal. A big fan of doing what's right. She's a survivor. Persistent and caring. She's a great friend. She is however kind of emotional, somewhat clingy. Very ruled by her emotions.

Likes: Michael, music, dancing, her friends, seeing all the new places they get to see.
